By far the worst mechanic shop I’ve ever done business with. I needed my two O2 sensors replaced and I already had one of the parts with me. I called and asked for a ballpark price for the service. They told me they’d have to look at it. I came in and she told me she’d have to book me for a diagnostic and it’ll cost $73 and whatever they find that $73 would go towards the service. Instead of them coming to me after their findings and telling me the cost of everything, they went ahead and service the car (like 4 hours) then came to me with a $330 fee (totaling $400). That was pretty expensive but I was happy to put the issue behind me and move on. Before I got ready to leave they told me that I needed antifreeze and she tried to add another $15 to the fee and I stopped her and said I had it at home and then they said make sure you add it because it’s low and you’ll need it. I got home and popped my hood only to see that it was full (that’s one lie). Moving along - the next day my check engine light came back on. I just knew it’s anything but what I just paid for. I took it to the part store to get it scanned and lo and behold it’s the same O2 sensor that I paid them to fix. So I too

This mechanic shop is the worst I’ve ever been to. I brought my work truck in to get the door handles fixed both doors into work. I left with the truck in the same condition and they took payment. They did not properly put me on the schedule to fix it. Terrible customer service I even came to pick up the truck the first time and they didn’t check it and I came to a work truck with door handles that didn’t work. Do not go to this Mechanic.

More than $7,000 of work and everything they did had to be redone somewhere else. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! ONE OF MY SPARK PLUGS WAS A DIFFERENT SIZE😡 and one of the owners tried to smash🤢 UNPROFESSIONAL

I do not recommend at all. They don’t know how to communicate or listen. I brought my car in because I noticed it was loosing oil. I spoke with a mechanic and told him I don’t know what all is wrong with my car but the main issue I want to fix first is my oil leak. They hooked my car up but never once got under the hood nor looked at my engine. I kept asking how much to fix my oil leak they said you have to wait for Carl so he can tell you what’s wrong and how much to fix it. I paid 50 dollars never got a print out of what was wrong with my car or if they could fix the oil leak I was told come back next day. I was also told the 50 dollars would go toward them working on my car it did not. I return the following day 11/21/25 to have my oil leak fixed. They look at the engine and said it was a part broken that needed to be replaced. When I kept asking questions they weren’t understanding me and were rude out of the mouth asking me do I know how to fix the problem as if I’m the mechanic. I ended up paying 220 dollars for them to have fixed my oil leak and an oil change. My car is still loosing oil I reached out 12/5/25 and spoke to someone about my car and they asked me do I know whe
